Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting thorough financial analyses, and developing tailored wealth management strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses/assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with clients’ short-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, insurance coverage, wealth preservation strategies.
  • Monitor and review clients’ investment portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive outreach, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions to provide clients with timely and relevant advice.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or CFP designation preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager, and a track record of success in advising high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and tax strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, foster trust, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses required; additional securities licenses and insurance licenses preferred.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, integrity, and client confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
